We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Late or missing refunds<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next contact your bank. Sale items cannot be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><h2>Exchanges<\/h2><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are morning that willing to assist in getting defective or damaged items replaced, we do not offer a direct &#8220;one for one&#8221; exchange in store but most manufactures will offer to replace the item and we will complete that process for you. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><h2>Shipping returns<\/h2><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To return your product, you should mail your product to: 4108 Morningside Ave Sioux City, Iowa 51106.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
